Taking into account that migration has a multinational nature and is a complex proces, it can‘t be kept in chek through a unilateral or bilateral way only, but also through an efficient management that would draw attention to the changhing features of the migration process and to the advantages of those involved in it. In this respect, impotance of migration phenomenon and especially the importance of reflecting it are and continue to be underlined in the debates of different experts who share the idea of a better administration of migration. Under these circumstances the state is asked for an efficient migrational politics accompanied by a well founded legal and institutional background that would assure a control of the migrational politics will be analysed through the institutions belonging to the migrational process both in the Republic of Moldova and the states integrated in the EU.
