Rezumat

An institutionalized system of initial and continuing training of managers imply the professionalization of manager activities and training managers for all leadership structures of education. The evaluation of managers must be the work of commensurate and comparing results, the physical and intellectual potential, professional and managerial objectives and requirements of the post occupied. Leader of tomorrow must believe in synergy, have an acute sense of team spirit, to believe in the potential of others, to be socially active, having many friends, but little confidence. A good manager can be considered and that the leader is oriented to the people who lead them inspired hope, optimism and enthusiasm, etc. The process of education becoming increasingly complex under the impact of new informational technologies, focus attention from teachers who teach students to students who learn from teachers, managers require managers cultivating certain qualities like initiative, receptivity to the new, sincerity, goodwill, objectivity in appreciation, the spirit of responsibility, prudence, respect for the subordinate, organizational spirit etc. In terms of education the reform for a manager-leader is important the spirit of optimism, confidence that most seemingly irresolvable issues can be resolved.
