Rezumat | ||||||
The paper aims to present an overview of the relationship between gender and leadership in organizations through approaching the extent to which there are differences between men and women regarding their style of leadership. As well, it‟s concerning to the gender discrimination regarding to the women‟s perceived competences in management/leadership tasks in the organizational context. It analyses the possible causes of gender discrimination, as physical and psychological differences between women and men, and its implications for women‟s career development and also for organizational performance. |
