Communication is of great importance referring to the development of personality. Through communication some life experience, knowledge, skills, habits and opinions are acquired by the individual. People through communication as well can meet spiritual, moral, intellectual necessities. Communication is also very important in forming oners character. Teaching is considered to be one of the most difficult and delicate job and arts because of its main aim – forming the human personality. The students personality is educated by the teachers personality.v It is necessary of an interpersonal approach, able to assure not just the informational communication of a teacher but as well as human communication: teacher – student communication. Educational communication creates the most favorable conditions for developing of a complex, multidimensional personality. It is also regarded as a range of intellectual, professional, esthetic and physical qualities necessary for social, technical-scientific cultural and ethic progress. A good and positive communication stimulates students critical thinking, indepence and interest for learning. It also asures a successful development of the students personality. Oral communication of the teacher is very important for conveying a clear, intelligent and correct educational message. The quality and efficiency of communication is determined by a rich vocabulary, correct uttering of information, rhythm and voice tone. Body language is also important in communication. It is meant for fulfilling the oral communication. In our opinion the style of communication, teacher-student relationship, teacher‟s attitude toward student are very important in developing student‟s creativity. It is no use of despotic and authoritary attitude. The learning in such situation is not successful. Creative teachers encourages students to have their own opinions, to work individually.
