The goal of the given article is to demonstrate the meaning, types and the ways of the carrying out of the administrative guardianshipcontrol. The given control is being foreseen by The Law of the Local Public Administration dated from 18 March 2003, nr. 123-XV. At the begining of the article is being explained the essence of the administrative quadianshipcontrol, next is being described the meaning of the notion „guardianship”, subjects and the forms of the given control, the ways of its accomplishment. At the same time the administrative guardianshipcontrol is being compared with other types of the administrative control, for to be able to define clearly the parts of the given control. |
