The stock exchange institution appeared as an answer to the increasing commercial as in country as at global level too. As a result, the stock exchange is one of the most important institutions of the market economy, a segment of the financial economy, an organized, transparent and supervised secondary market where transactions concerning capital issues are traded. The main role of the stock exchange is to facilitate the found accumulation necessary for the finance of are economic regulation. It also regulates the financial flows, stimulates and diversifies money-marking products. |
