Scientists‟ preoccupations for the redefinition of academic problems in the context of a society of knowledge become more obvious in the Republic of Moldova. The necessity for change becomes more evident, especially in the conditions when the institutions of higher education are confronted with the changes at the beginning of the third millennium such as: the high dynamics of the work market, the rapid appearance of new scientific divisions, multiplication of the number of teachers in the higher education institutions and the growth of competition between the universities and different agents from the socio-economical or cultural medium, the growth of informational society. The human existence and culture being strongly influenced by the economic and social facts, also determine the academic world to direct the educational actions to the students‟ spiritual formation and to their professional training and the educational process organized under the impact of the new informational technologies switch the emphasis from “teachers who teach the students to students who learn from the teachers”. The modernization of the higher education in our country in the context of integration in the European system of education means not only the achievement of the educational aims and goals, but at the same time the realization of the process of connection of the national culture with the cultural model and civilization, to entire community, in intercultural context and ideal values, where the human being is the important value of the society.
