The sales budget is considered to be the key
budget. In the meantime, meat-processing industry is
characterized by a series of branch specific features.
Therefore, we would like to stress the actuality and the
importance of studying the budgetary process and of
presenting the elaboration and control stages of the sales
budget at meat-processing enterprises.
