У цій статті досліджуються проблеми правового статусу таких організаційно-правових форм юридичних осіб, як асоціація, корпорація, консорціум та концерн, що в українському праві охоплюються поняттям «об’єднання підприємств». Дослідження проводиться шляхом порівняння ознак зазначених інституцій українського права з ознаками інституцій економічно розвинених країн, що мають такі самі назви, та шляхом порівняння ознак кожної зі вказаних інституцій українського права між собою.

In this article there are discussed the results of the research on the problems concerning the legal status of such forms of legal persons as the association, the corporation, the consortium and the concern, which forms in Ukrainian law are comprised by the notion of the association of enterprises. The research was made by way of comparison of the features of the said institutions of Ukrainian law with the features of the economic developed countries institutions that have the same names, as well as comparison of the features of each of the said institutions between themselves.
