Rezumat

This paper talks about the comparative approach of different rewarding staff systems. In competitive economy, every organization must elaborate and implement their own reward system for staff. Knowledge of rewards system elements and their impact on professional behavior of employees is a significant senior management prerogative. Therefore, in this paper we proposed to present various awards schemes for staff in the opinion of many authors, renowned experts in this field in order to familiarize local specialists and take into account certain elements in the development and implementation of their systems of rewarding staff in local organizations. We also performed a comparative analysis for presented rewarding systems to make certain distinctions and observe the lack of certain elements of one system or another.
