The article investigates the labor relations with the head of the legal entity on the basis of analysis of the experience of the European Union. This study highlights the characteristics of such relationship in developed countries and uses the positive experience in dealing with the regulatory framework in this area. The article employment contract is regarded as «the cornerstone» of the modern system of labor law in Europe.
Particular attention is paid to the principle of freedom of the employment contract. This principle is reinforced by the lack of labor law discrimination and the prohibition of
forced labor which is distributed on managers and business entities. |
