Rezumat

Публикуемая статья посвящена вопросам исследования типичных следственных ситуаций и направления их решения при расследовании преступлений, связанных с вовлечением несовершеннолетних в преступную деятельность. Автор рассматривает понятие «следственная ситуация» в науке в контексте дискуссии известных ученых-правоведов, также разделяет типичные ситуации на группы. Автор также акцентирует внимание на том, что определение типичных следственных ситуаций не является самоцелью, а позволяет на практике выбрать соответствующее направление и алгоритм расследования.

The article is devoted to studying of typical investigative situations and trends and solutions in the investigation of crimes, related to involvement of minors in criminal activity. The author examines the concept, «investigation of the situation» in science in the context of a discussion well-known scholars, also shares the typical situation of the group. The author also focuses on the fact that the definition of a typical investigative situations is not an end in itself, but also allow you to choose the appropriate direction, and the algorithm of the investigation.
