На основании проведенного исследования автор сравнивает особенности формирования правоохранительной системы в обеих странах, степень развития и отличительные черты. Уделяется внимание характеристике уголовного и судопроизводственного процессов этих стран, структуре античной правоохранительной системы и особенностям ее функционирования.</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Article is dedicated to the study of the formation and development of law enforcement system in the two slave states with the highest level of development – Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome. Based on this study, the author compares the features of the formation of law enforcement system in both countries, development and distinctive features. Paid attention to the characteristics and criminal judicature’s process of these countries, the structure of the ancient law enforcement system and peculiarities of its functioning.</description>
