Approaches in the rational treatment tactis of the hemorrhoidal disease The current invention is assigned to proctology and may be successfully applied in treatment of the hemoroidal pathology,acute anal thrombosis accompanied by hemorrhage and painful syndrome. The intervention entails use of emptying clysters in the pre-operaty period. The operatory surface is treated with antiseptic solution. Then an incision is made on the mucous membrane in the area of the hemorrhoidal nodes, namely at 3,7 and 11 o’clock. The nodes undergo ligature at the level of the hilum and then theyundergo excision. Having performed the excision of the nodes,the definitive haemostasis is made the venousabutments are treated. The first suture of themucous membrane is applied in the abutment region and a ligature is made. Then the next suture is applied passing the threads of the first suture through its knot. They are pulled radially the venous abutment sutured with the intestinalmucous membrane. The rest of wounds is sutured with broken threads. After having treated the wounds,the large intestine is intubated.

Actuala invenţie se atribuie proctologiei şi poate fi aplicată cu succes în tratarea patologiei hemoroidale, trombozelor anale acute complicate cu hemoragie şi sindrom algic. Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează incizia mucoasei în regiunea nodulilor hemoroidali şi anume la ora 3,7 şi 11 şi se ligaturează nodulii la nivelul hilului vascular şi se excizează, urmează hemostaza definitivă.Se prelucrează bonturile venoase, se suturează mucoasa intestinului cu suturi simple cu fire îmtrerupte apoi se ligaturează ,urmează următoarea sutură,iar prin nodul ei se trec aţele primei suturi şi se trage în direcţie radială bontul venos suturat cu mucoasa intestinului,iar restul plăgilor se suturează cu fire întrerupte. Apoi după prelucrarea plăgilor se intubează bontul venos al intestinului gros.
