Rezumat | ||||||
This article follows the topic of knowledge and its importance in understanding informational security. Since the modern era, by means of different technologies the access to information has been increased exponentially, thus understanding the phenomenon of information and its security became paramount. Then managing informational security one may notice that challenges come from
different actors of the so-called „informational war”. Identifying these actors in the modern day society which is full of technological possibilities is even more complex. However, one of the major actors is the media and its role in this ranging from a beacon of transparency to a tool in the hand of politics could change the course of an entire society. There fore, there is an urgent need for well-constructed state policies bringing together democratic principles and freedom of information with the informational security of a country. |
