The quality of political decisions depends on the level social democratization. The efficacy results of political decisions depends on immediate access to relevant information, recognition and rapid identification of the problem and direct access to analytical instruments, while effective decision making depends on the decision time reduction. A transparent decision making process requires a political freedom, which refers to the possibility of citizens to participate in taking decision that are of public interest.
