The value system of the military personnel is dominantly oriented to openness, modernity and change, and is an important resource of the renewal process, both, of the military organization and society as a whole. Military education is a specific area of society members’ education, a distinct system through its functions and objectives, through its contribution to the formation of defenders of the independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova. The main significance of education in the MAAF remains to be that of training and complex modeling of the future officer-competitive specialist, well- trained able to cope with difficult situations they will face in both, professional and social environment.
