| Rezumat | ||||||
The paper presents the results of operated on 1708 patients
with lung cancer, of them 47 (2,8%) were diagnosed as
having concomitance of lung cancer and tuberculosis. Histology
revealed squamous cell tumors in 25 (53,2%) patients,
adenosquamous cell carcinomos in 11 (23,4%) patients. Stages I establismhed in 11 (23,4%), II-12 (25,5%) and III 24 (51,1%) patients. Pulmonectomy was performed in 17 patients (30,2%), 12 patients underwent lobectomy12 (25,5%), bilobectomy and 6
(12,8%) segmentectomy. In such patients survival averaged
27±3 monts. Surgery is the method of choice in the treatment of concomitance of lung cancer of pulmonary tuberculosis. |
