The doctrine that is al the base of european constitutionalism and remained one of its fundamental features is the separation prinsipale of state powers. The conseption of supremacy of the Constitutional Court plays an important role of the transition period that the Republic of Moldova traverses on the way to a democratic society. This role is complex bay its diversity and there are many discussions and opinions conserning this role of the Court in the development and defance of democracy |
