The objective of this work is to analyse the rezults of some laboratory investigation for confirmation the clinical diagnosis of measles, rubella and mumps. The level of cconfirmation via the detection of IgM specific antibodies is depends of the period of the serum collecting, the vaccinal anamnesis and was equal to 12,8±3,3% for measles, 6,3±2,4%
for rubella, 66,3±5,8 for mumps. The rezults “equivoc” have to be consider as a “pozitiv” for confirmation of a clinical diagnosis. În the period of measles and rubella elimination and
the reduction of mumps morbidity for confirmation of clinical diagnosis it is necessary to use the complex of different
laboratory methods, including examination of IgM and IgG, avidity, the genetic and molecular examination of viruses. |
