For the purposes of the analysis of public health the method of splitting of set of the data on the classes (categories), describing health of the population is offered. As a result of splitting “ the tree of decisions “, incorporated all complex of the statistical data structured in the hierarchical image (on character of the co-ordinated attributes) is formed. For the analysis of characteristics of public health the analysis of time numbers{lines} for the first time is entered into structure of a method, and the method of modelling of time numbers{lines} has been applied for construction of forecasts with use the regressions analysis. In work the algorithm of the developed method and examples of its practical realization is resulted. The offered method is recommended to be used for the analysis and construction of the forecast of public health, can be optimized in a direction of creation electronic products.
