In this work is presented the results of analyzes of 105 sources of information, including the scientific publication and Internet, on the problem of immunization in activity of family doctor. It was demonstrated that randomized, population-based, crosssectional survey is the most source of precise indicators for measures the level of performances in these problems. At the general the level of vaccination coverage is influenced with the three groups of factors: 1) the maturity and the efficacy of the immunization services existent in the state , 2) attitudes, beliefs, and behaviours of population 3) professional capacity of medical personal occupied with the immunization services. All this shows the necessity to elaborate standard indicators for immunization activity and the simple guidelines on immunization for medical state.
