Medical Insurance, as a mean of optimizing the financial activity of a medical institution, it is considered
to be on its own an important administrative tool. The use of
Informational Technologies yields an efficient control and as a result facilitates the monitoring and the planning of the whole medical institution. The current research shows that by using Informational Technologies the time of treatment
in hospitals has been reduced by 10.57% as well as increasing the number of patients in Ambulatory Patient Care by 7.7%. At the same time the treatment costs of the patients covered by an insurance policy have dropped by 7.9%. |
