Statistics on the number of sedentary Gypsies deported from Bessarabia to Transdniestria during the Second World War is the key aspect of this article. Each deported person was a part of one of the seven categories elaborated by the authorities. Based on archival records, we tried to reconstruct the statistical picture of each category and district of deported sedentary Gypsies.

Статистика по количеству оседлых цыган, депортированных из Бессарабии в Транснистрию во время Второй мировой войны, является ключевым аспектом этой статьи. Каждый депортированный человек был частью одной из семи категорий, разработанных властями. На основе архивных данных мы попытались реконструировать статистическую картину по каждой категории депортированных оседлых цыган (по округам).

Statisticile privind numărul ţiganilor sedentari din Basarabia deportaţi în perioada celui de-al dolea război mondial constituie elementul cheie al acestui articol. Fiecare persoană deportată făcea parte din una din cele şapte categorii elaborate de autorităţi. În baza documentelor de arhivă am încercat să reconstituim tabloul statistic de ţigani sedentari deportaţi al fiecărei categorii şi pe judeţe.
