Au fost studiate frecvenţa şi aspectele clinice la 93 bolnavi de limfom non-Hodgkin (LNH) cu afectarea primară a tractului gastrointestinal în diverse grupuri de vârstă la adulţi. Frecvenţa afectării primare a tractului digestiv în LNH la adulţi a constituit 19,1%. LNH digestive primitive s-au dezvoltat aproximativ cu aceeaşi frecvenţă la pacienţii cu vârsta 20-39 de ani şi 40-59 de ani (24,1% şi 21,6% respectiv). La persoanele cu vârsta de peste 60 de ani frecvenţa lor a fost egală cu 12,2%. Debutul LNH frecvent a avut loc în stomac (80,6%). Rar primar a fost afectat intestinul subţire (10,8%), colonul (7,5%) şi foarte rar esofagul (1,1%). Zonele de metastazare iniţială au fost ganglionii limfatici regionali. Metastaze extranodale au avut loc preponderent în fi cat, splină, diverse regiuni ale tractului gastrointestinal. O particularitate a LNH digestive primitive este interesarea frecventă a altor regiuni a tubului digestiv şi lipsa determinărilor în măduva oaselor şi sistemul nervos central.

The frequency and clinical aspects of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL) have been studied in 93 adults patients of different age groups with primary gastrointestinal involvement. The frequency of primary dijestive tract involvement in NHL adults was 19,1%. The primitive digestive NHL had approximately the same frequency in the patients aged 20-39 years and 40-59 years (24,1% and 21,6%, respectively). People aged over 60 years had a frequency of NHL developmad of 12,2%. The NHL onset was frequently in the stomach (80,6%). Rarely, the smal intestine was primarily affected (10,8%), the colon (7,5%) and wery rarely the esophagus (1,1%). The sites of initial metastases were the regional lymph nodes. The extranodular metastases predominantly occurred in the liver, spleen, different zones of the gastrointestinal tract. A peculiarity of the primitive digestive NHL is the frequent involvement of other dijestive tube portions and absence of involvement of the bone marrow and the central nervous system.

Изучены частота и клинические проявления первичных неходжкинских лимфом (НХЛ) желудочно-кишечного тракта в разных возрастных группах у 93 взрослых больных. Частота первичного поражения желудочно-кишечного тракта НХЛ у взрослых составила 19,1%. НХЛ желудочно-кишечного тракта развились приблизительно одинакого у больных в возрасте 20-39 и 40-59 лет (24,1% и 21,6%, соответственно). У лиц старше 60 лет НХЛ данной ло- кализации были диагностированы реже – 12,2%. Первичный опухолевый очаг НХЛ наиболее часто распологался в желудке (80,6%), реже в тонком и толстом кишечнике (10,8% и 7,5%, соответственно) и очень редко в пищеводе (1,1%). Зонами первичного метастазирования служили регионарные лимфатические узлы. Экстранодальные очаги метастазирования были обнаружены преимущественно в печени, селезенке, других отделах пищеварительного тракта. Особенностями НХЛ с первичным поражением желудочно-кишечного тракта являются частое вовлече- ние в опухолевый процесс других отделов пищеварительного тракта, отсутствие метастазов в костный мозг и в центральную нервную систему.
