Rezumat

Update processes of education are faced with difficulties of various kinds, and often not kept pace with the dynamic changes in the economic, scientific and cultural spheres of life of people in social relations and social consciousness. Problem analysis of socio-cultural conditions, trends and patterns of conceptual foundation of education allow to identify the main trends in the design of modern content of pedagogical education, determine its relevance and structure, to justify the need for its development in the context of culture.
