The concept of a database based Internet portal for promoting and developing e-business in Moldova is described. To facilitate the administration of the portal Web site, a special Content Management System (CMS) with modular configured templates is proposed. By access rights to portal resources, three categories of users are defined: visitors, operators and administrators. Visitors have access only to the public part of portal resources and have not access at all to CMS tools; operators have, in addition, partial access to CMS tools and administrators have full access to all resources,
inclusive to all CMS tools. |
