Rezumat

The main reason of growing interest in organizational culture is explained by the fact that currently this concept is not only widely applied during the analysis of organizational levels but also it helps to understand the internal processes occurring at the enterprises that unite different management levels as well as the relationships “manager – employee” and “employee – employee”. The present article examines the particularities of organizational culture and reveals the interconnections between the organizational culture and competitiveness.
