Rezumat

The food security is measured by the number of days during which security can be provided from existing reserves of state [3, p. 69]. The forecasted quantity of wheat for the years 2014 and 2015 is higher than in 2011 year respectively by 149,29 and 198,76 thousand tons in absolute size or by 18,78 and 25,00 p.p. in relative size and the quantity of forecasted sugar beet is lower than in 2011 year respectively by 265,66 and 365,21 thousand tons in absolute size or by 45,1 and 62,01 p.p. in relative size. A decreasing trend is observed at the potato production, the projected amount for the years 2014 and 2015 is by 23,7 and 9,81 thousand tons less in absolute value or by 9,55 and 6,75 p.p. in relative size. The forecasted cow milk production for the years 2014 and 2015 is lower than the amount produced in 2011 respectively by 59,81 and 79,11 thousand tons in absolute size or by 10,68 and 14,13 p.p. relative size, and the forecasted quantity of pork exceeds the level from 2011 year respectively by 14,75 and 7,9 tones in absolute size or by 23,05 and 35,39 p.p. in relative size.
