This article is dedicated to the issue of connection of translation studies with other sciences. There are different points of view on translation nowadays. Different scientists consider it differently. Some think that translation is a “craft”, others that it is an “art” and some others consider it to be a “science”. We follow the point of view of those researches who consider that translation is a science. As other sciences translation has its own methodology, its own terms, its own norms and rules. And as other sciences it is closely connected with different fields and areas. |
