Plant growth regulators are capable to increase the potential of biological productivity of plants, as well as their adaptability to environmental stress factors. The preparation AKM is a plant growth regulator developed at the Department of Plant Production of Taurian State Agrotechnological University for presowing seed treatment and foliar treatment of vegetating crops. Our research was aimed at studying the effect of AKM on the yield and quality of four whinter wheat varieties: Titona, Zolotokolosa, Shestopalovka and Antonovka. The experiment was designed with two variants: control variant - presowing treatment with Raxil Ultra, 0.2 l/t and experimental variant - Raxil Ultra, 0.2 l/t and AKM, 0,33 l/t. The performed research showed a high effectiveness
of presowing and foliar treatment of wheat plants with AKM. The use of AKM resulted in an increase in yield (0.28 – 0,73 t/ha) depending on the genotype. The most increase was recorded by the varieties Shestopalovka and Antonovka. Protein anf gluten content in grains reliably increased under the effect of AKM. Yield formation and quality of winter wheat grains were significantly influenced by both factors: genotype and growth regulator. |
