<cfAbstr cfLangCode='EN' cfTrans='o'>The article deals with current issues implementation by the head of the pre-trial investigation of certain criminal procedural powers Analyzed the regulation of procedural powers of the head of the body of pre-trial investigation in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Characterized by the following procedural powers of the head of the criminal investigation: to determine the investigator (investigators) that will conduct pre-trial investigation, create a investigative group, transfer of criminal proceedings materials from one investigator to another, dismiss the investigator to conduct the investigation. Draws attention to gaps legislative regulation and makes suggestions for improving the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine. <cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'>В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы по осуществлению руководителем органа досудебного расследования некоторых
уголовно-процессуальных полномочий. Анализируется регламентации процессуальных полномочий руководителя органа досудебного расследования в Уголовном процессуальном кодексе Украины. Характеризуются следующие процессуальные полномочия руководителя органа досудебного расследования: определять следователя (следователей), который будет осуществлять
досудебное расследование, создавать следственную группу, передавать материалы уголовных производств от одного следователя к другому, отстранять следователя от проведения расследования. Обращается внимание на пробелы в законодательной регламентации, вносятся предложения по усовершенствованию уголовного процессуального законодательства Украины.</cfAbstr>
