The article is devoted to the study of one of the innovative forms of employment, when the organization of work, the place of
performance of job duties the employee may be outside the location of the employer. Remote employment is widespread in modern states, including Ukraine. The article analyzes the national and international legislation in this area. We consider the international experience of regulatory Remote Employment and analyzed the results of studies that establish the efficacy of this form of employment. The study mentioned issues, stressed the need for legal regulation of the institute telecommuting employment within the labor legislation of Ukraine. |
