Rezumat

The rapid increase in semiconductor electronic industry requires revolutionary ideas for a jump to the next level of development. One of the possible next generations of microelectronics could be superconducting spin-sensitive electronics—spintronics. We are working for solutions for implementing a superconducting spin valve (spin switch), which is a base component of spin-sensitive electronics with a high potential. The core of a spin valve comprises two separated ferromagnetic nanolayers (F) and a superconducting thin film (S). In this study, we report on the milestones of development of F/S/F-structures, describe the deposition process, and characterize the grown samples and Tc of F/S/F set patterns.
