The custom duties have more functions: the creation of conditions where some companies in the country may be interested in increasing or decreasing of imports; insurance of functioning of some productive firms, of the internal consumption with products demanded by the society, accumulation in the state budget of some financial gains; the regulation of the rate of imports, exports, the protection of the native producers; the stimulation of imports of raw materials, funds, productive technologies with a high socio-economic efficiency. |
