Aplastic anemia in children is one of the major problems of pediatric haematology with imprevisible evolution and consequences followed by complications due to pancytopenia and immune supresion. Children with aplastic anemia are hospitalized frequently with bacterial infections and mycosis which need a long therapy. Because of a multiple complications the treatment of anemia is correlated with many medical disciplines. The diagnosis of this pathology needs a complex investigation, which is important for an efective treatment.

Anemia aplastica la copii este una din problemele dificile ale hematologiei pediatrice, este o patologie cu evolutie si consecinte imprevizibile si cu un sir mare de complicatii ale pancitopeniei si imunosupresiei. Copiii cu anemie aplastica frecvent sînt spitalizati cu infectii bacteriene si micotice ce necesita terapie sistematica de durata . Din cauza coplicatiilor multiple în tratamentul anemii aplastice se includ multiple discipline medicale conexe. În diagnosticul acestei maladii se utilizeaza numeroase investigat ii sofisticate, deoarece un diagnostic corect este anticipeaza un tratament efectiv.
