Sing the mechanism of anti-dumping regulation in relation to goods from countries with economies in transition is the specific instrument of competition, so the antidumping should be viewed as an integral and very important part of trade policy. The basic criteria that are traditionally used in the determination of the normal price of a product should be adapted to the realities of organic production in the transition. |
