In this paper the researchers propose to study some aspects of the development of legal culture. Emphasizing the negative impact of the legal nihilismon on society and on its legal culture, they draw attention to the urgent need to act consciously and efficiently for eliminate legal nihilism and development of the legal culture of the person and society. In particular, it is necessary: to promote legal education of citizens, raising the legal culture and therefore of legal awareness, training highly
qualified lawyers, to improve the legislation, to ensure the legality and the rule of law, effective protection of human rights and freedoms, prevention of violations committed by the representatives of the public powers. |
