Aging is one of the most important medical and social challenges faced by European societies in twenty-first century. The interplay between the two major demographic phenomena – increasing the percentage share of the elderly segment of the population and increased with age of the prevalence of heart failure, chronic heart failure makes (CHF) to become one of the great challenges of the XXI century for the health system. The aim of this article was to identify risk factors of decompensation of chronic heart
failure (CHF) and related hospitalization in elderly outpatients. |
