Corpus delicti can sometimes provide more exact information than real witnesses and never raises the suspicion of bad faith, which can be encountered at times in persons called as witnesses. Therefore, criminal justice bodies must proceed with great care in their investigation done at the crime scene in order to discover and retrieve corpora delicti which could be used in order to find the truth in the criminal case.
