Rezumat | ||||||
Norms of the national legislation in the sphere of stimulations implementation are researched. It is grounded that such a peculiarity as unity and differentiation is inherent to the institution of stimulation within labor law. Recommendations on improving the corresponding national legislation are presented. Particularly, it is offered to provide at enterprises, offices and organizations maximum list of stipulations in order to guarantee the employer with the maximum tools for stipulating honest workers. |
