The patrimonial administrative responsibility for the magistrates isn’t fully elucidated in the theory of administrative responsibility on behalf of the authors from the Republic of Moldova and Romania. It is proposed thereby the realization of some definitions from which results what the terms of miscarriage of justice, bad faith, gross negligence in the work of the magistrates consist off.
