Experimental studies of osteumintegration of titanum implants with nanostructural surface on laboratory animals To a group of 7 rabbits in mentonier region, the titanium implantation has been performed. The intervention under anesthesia and antimicrobian protection there were performed. Laboratory animals were supervised for a period of three months, the necessary time for a complete osteointegration. The obtained results have demonstrated a good osteointegration of titanium implants covered with nanostructural film of TiO2. The initial results demonstrate that the osteointegration managed, because of the inflammatory reaction of soft surrounding tissues is missing. The histological study at electromicography and optical microscopy, after a necessary period of time for a complete osteointegration in 3-4 months.

Am implantat mostre de titan unui lot de 7 iepuri în regiunea mentonului, intervenţiile au fost efectuate sub anestezie şi protecţie antimicrobiană. Animalele de laborator au fost supuse supravegherii pe parcursul a 3 luni , timp necesar pentru osteointegrarea completă. Rezultatele preliminare ne demonstraeză că osteiontegrarea a avut loc, datorită faptului că reacţie inflamatorie din partea ţesuturilor moi înconjurătoare lipseşte, starea generală este bună, animalele fiind active. Se preconizează studiul histologic la microscopie optică şi electronică, după ce va trece perioada de timp necesară pentru osteointegrare completă de trei luni de zile.
