Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyzes the foreign laws in the labour law field. The author concluded that these laws do not aim to regulate labour
relations in full and do not define all working conditions. Primarily, the main, principle matter of interaction of parties of labour law relation are regulated by the laws. It is found out that the labour laws of foreign countries dispose workplace, start time and duration of the employment contract, the employee lobour function, duty and rest, work conditions and wages as a mandatory provisions of a labour contract. |
