Обосновано, что преступность мигрантов-маргиналов должна быть самостоятельным объектом криминологического исследования. Осуществляется криминологический анализ преступности мигрантов. Доказано, что криминологическая обстановка любого региона находится в тесной взаимосвязи со всеми явлениями и процессами, происходящими в обществе. Конкретные условия региона – эта та социальная среда, в которую попадает мигрант и которая может способствовать или мешать осуществлению его жизненных
целей, подталкивать к совершению тех или иных поступков, в том числе и противоправных.</description>
