This paper describe the synthesis of some 1-(alchyl)aril-3-(4-(3-pyridin-2-il) acryloyl)phenylthiourea obtained by condensation of 2-pyridincarboxaldehide with some derivatives of 4-acetylphenilthioureas in basic medium or by addition of aliphatic and aromatic amines to the correspondingisothiocyanatopropenones. 12 new compounds were obtained and their biological properties were analysed. The substituted thioureas by pyridine radicals, morpholine and phenol show a maximum bacteriostatic activity for Gram positive microorganisms like: Staphylococcus Aureus and Enterococcus Faecalis at the minimum inhibitory concentration 9.37-37.5 μM. Antifungal activity for Candida Albicans, Aspergillus Niger, AspergillusFumigatus, Penicillium is weak, in minimum inhibitory concentration 600->600 μM. The leukemia activity like inhibitor (HL-60), is 84-96.9% at the concentration 10-5mol/l and 15-20% and at the concentrations 10-6, 10-7mol/l.

chalcones, isothiocyanatopropenones, thioureas, antibacterial activity, Antifungal activity,

antiproliferative activity

The Gagauz people are a Turkich-speaking group adhering to the Christian Orthodox faith. Today, the majority of them live in the autonomous region of the Republic of Moldova called Gagauz Yeri (Gagauz Territorial Autonomous Unit). Also, smaller groups live in enamoring districts in The Ukraine, Bulga-ria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the pockets in the Caucasus. This research wills traits the main peculiarities and the lacks of soci-opolitical integration\disintegration of The Gagauz in Moldovan society. Certa-inly, the integration of ethnic groups in a nation-building state represents a co-mplex and dynamical process of accommodation. In particular, it will be analy-zed the degree of participation and interest of The Gagauz in the socio-political processes in Republic of Moldova and in autonomous unit; the degree of identi-fication of Gagauz people with Moldavian state and their elements. To assure a positive result it’s important to improve the implication of the both parts: one side, the main goal of ethnic politics of state needs to be the protection of identi-ty of that segment of population and an equilibrate naturalization by accommo-dation in the state community; other side, the ethnic groups mast to wish a live in a democratic integral state. Especially, the autonomous status of the Gagauz in Moldova doesn’t stipulate the separation or isolation, but represents a gua-rantee for accommodation of the Gagauz by keeping their ethnic specific.
