Rezumat

A perspective management communication becomes possible only in case when the information flow inside and outside a firm is supplied minding ethics, when items like ethikal management approach, employees personal opinion, as well as clients are respectfully taken into consideration and encouraged. Thus, optional for the analysis of moral issues in persuasive management communication we consider appropriate to ponder over perspectives like: human nature, concerning circumstances, personal rights and mutual communication.
