The article is devoted to study of the concept of «оpt-out clauses» as an instrument of labour disputes resolution in Ukraine. Ukrainian theorists of law have been looking for optimal labour disputes resolution system as a new Labour Code is to be considered in the national Parliament in the nearest future. Having studied international practices, the author of the publication suggests that it is appropriate to include «оpt-out clauses» in the new model of labour disputes resolution in Ukraine. The need for development of social dialogue in particular and social labour relations in general calls forth the above
suggestion. The publication presents the considerations and findings of the author. |
