In this paper we study the interaction of economic and state-legal factors and their impact on the effectiveness of the government of post-Soviet society. Stand out features of the subject of the government to allow the effective management of legal and economic sphere. Problem areas of еconomy and legal effectiveness of the government of post-Soviet space are identified. The author concludes that a prerequisite of effective interaction between government and sectors of the economy is the gradual reform of public-management relations, which should be based on market principles and to limit the administrative burden on the subjects of economic subsystem.
