Nowadays one cannot speak not only high, but even the average level of legal culture of the Moldovan society. The crisis of modern legal consciousness is largely determined by the low level
of legal culture. Enhance its ability to carefully crafted legal advocacy in the media, access to legal and regulatory framework, development and implementation of effective forms of citizen involvement in law making and law enforcement. |
